All Rescom Properties Fees / transactions are dealt with on their own individual merits, but generally a retaining fee of between 1%-2% of the successful purchase price and / or 10% of the annual rent achieved/received  for a letting is the normal requirement. Where there are co-agents involved this may vary depending on the vendor / purchaser stipulations. Trust is paramount in these situations.
